Grief & Loss Group (Blog Banner).png

No one should grieve alone.

We think of grief as sadness. It's not that simple. Grief often brings with it confusion, anger, feelings of betrayal, isolation, and many others that can be difficult to understand or express. Nothing, no words, actions, or deed will take away your loss, or the pain it brings. What can help is sharing your pain with others, deepening connection and knowing your are not alone in your pain.

Our grief counseling group, led by Iris Anson, LCPC, offers a listening and sharing space where all are committed to sharing their stories, listening, and withholding judgement for as long as you need. While we cannot take away your pain, we can offer you the healing that empathy and deep connection bring.
